3. By becoming a customer, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your account can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by COMPU-SAT.CO.UK in its sole discretion. If your account has been revoked, COMPU-SAT.CO.UK reserves the right to refuse any further assistance.

Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.
15. Venue; Applicable Law. You agree that all actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly out of this agreement, or your use of the site or any samples or products obtained by you through such use, shall be litigated in the Circuit court of the UK, London. You are expressly submitting and consenting in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or proceeding in any of such courts, and are waiving any claim that London is an inconvenient forum or an improper forum based on lack of venue. 16. In order to keep COMPU-SAT.CO.UK database current, if a customer does not access his or her account for a period of 365 days or more, COMPU-SAT.CO.UK may, in its sole discretion, terminate such customer's account. COMPU-SAT.CO.UK will endeavour to notify a customer of our intent to terminate such customer's account by notice to such customer's provided email address at least 14 days prior to deactivation. If the customer fails to respond to such email notice with 7 days after the day it is sent by COMPU-SAT.CO.UK, the customer's account will be terminated as noted above. Therefore, COMPU-SAT.CO.UK strongly recommends that all customers keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While COMPU-SAT.CO.UK desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, we has no obligation to maintain accounts that appear to us to have been abandoned. Each customer agrees that failure to access his or her account for 365 days or more conclusively indicates that such customer's account has been abandoned and that the account may therefore be terminated.
17. COMPU-SAT.CO.UK reserves the right to contact a customer via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the customer's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the customer with the information he or she requested from us.
18. Please be aware that every care has been taken to photograph all products accurately but the products actual colour may vary to what you see on the web site, due to lighting levels and your computer and its settings.
19. Satellite Navigation Repairs are covered by a 90 days (Return to Base) Warranty
20. If ANY order for Replacement or New Equipment, Hardware, Software or Services is cancelled after acceptance, a FEE of £15.00 per item will be deducted from any Refund of Payment given by COMPU-SAT.CO.UK that may be due to you.
21. FREE tomtom DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTION – Once inspection and Repair have been completed the FULL balance is due prior to dispatch. If payment has not been received after a period of 28 days, all equipment will be deemed the property of compu-sat.co.uk and be scrapped or sold on to recover our losses. If your hardware has been deemed non repairable, or you choose not to have repairs completed it is our policy to return all hardware to the owner on receipt of Return P&P Fee of £12.50. If you are unsatisfied with paying this fee, hardware must be collected within a maximum of 28 Days. Otherwise it will be deemed Property of COMPU-SAT.CO.UK and will be scrapped.
22. No Credit Card or Debit Card details are held or stored by COMPU-SAT.CO.UK as payments are processed directly ONLINE with PayPal. COMPU-SAT.CO.UK cannot be held responsible or liable for unauthorized debits from your account.
23. At COMPU-SAT.CO.UK customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there was a problem we would do our up most to rectify the situation in a manor that was acceptable to both the you the customer and COMPU-SAT.CO.UK
